Leslie Williams - President
Thirty-year real estate veteran Leslie Williams is the co-founder and Partner of Matrix Real Estate and founder and CEO, President and founder of Williams Marketing, Inc. With more than 20,000 condominium homes sold and closed, Leslie has built a team of trusted professionals who know what it takes to turn aspirations into reality.

A powerful ally to buyers and developers alike, Leslie’s success concentrates on the importance of uniting buyer satisfaction with developer results.  She and her team of seasoned professionals have pioneered innovative sales and marketing techniques that keep buyers and developers connected from the opening of the project sales office to the final move-in.  Williams also works to keep buyers and potential buyers tenaciously involved in the progress of their new homes and their community, from early stage planning with focus groups and property positioning, to target marketing and Buyer Retention Programs.

Leslie began her Seattle real estate career in 1977 while still enrolled at the University of Washington.  Upon graduation, Leslie was selected as one of the pioneering agents for a new firm that focused solely on condominium sales.  In 1981, she founded Williams Marketing Inc.  Her success working with banks and other financial institutions handling troubled and “work out” projects fueled the dramatic growth of her company and provided a bedrock of understanding that permeates the organization to this very day.  Today, in addition to the many banks and financial institutions she has added many well-known domestic and international developers and owners who entrust their projects to Leslie and her full-service team of experienced, energetic consultants and staff.

Extremely active in the local community, Leslie has served on many non-profit and professional committees and boards.  She is currently active in the community and is a frequent speaker locally and nationally.  Leslie was a committee member for the Olympic Sculpture Park as part of the Seattle Art Museum and is a past board member of the Intiman Theatre.  She was featured as one of the region’s “Smart Women” by Washington CEO Magazine.

Leslie lives in Bellevue with her husband.  She is a passionate world traveler, avid golfer, and enjoys experiencing different cultures and traditions.
